SCHOOL LIFE

Furry Friends

Here at Shocklach we have a school dog called Ronnie, who comes to school almost every day! You may often find him resting in his crate in Squirrels but he does enjoy playing in the woodland!

Therapy dogs support a person’s mental health by providing attention and comfort. Their sweet demeanors and unconditional love may have a therapeutic benefit to those who face difficult challenges. We use Ronnie to provide comfort to pupils in times of need. Additionally, children read to him and play games with him!
